This indigenous not for profit is an absolute joy to work with, and we cannot wait to see the building come to life. It will be net zero with sustainable features including solar and ground source geothermal heat pumps. The space is designed around a generous circular amenity space.

Little Bear Gelato is getting their own space here in Edmonton! The European owner will make his gelato from scratch on site. There will be a small local restaurant upstairs. We just know this will be a neighbourhood staple.
